ChatFly may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, IP address, account username
- Commercial Information: Subscription and transaction history, room unlock purchases
- Internet or Network Activity: Browser type, operating system, pages visited, chat activity metadata, game statistics
- Geolocation Data: Approximate location derived from IP address
- Account Credentials: Google OAuth authentication tokens (we do not store your Google password)
2. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
ChatFly does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we have no plans to do so. This applies to all users, regardless of age or location.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the personal information we collect solely for the following purposes:
- Service Operation: To provide and maintain ChatFly, including chat rooms, video chat, games, and roulette matching
- Account Management: To create, authenticate, and manage your user account
- Payment Processing: To process subscriptions and room unlock purchases through Stripe (Stripe processes payments on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy)
- Safety and Moderation: To enforce community guidelines, detect abuse, and protect users through our reporting and moderation systems
- Security: To prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other malicious activity
- Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform experience
- Communication: To send service-related notifications, respond to support requests, and provide account updates
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share personal information with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes described above:
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Google: OAuth authentication
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting and data storage
These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to sell your information.

Even though ChatFly does not sell personal information, we honor all do-not-sell requests. You may submit a request through any of the following methods:

- Contact Form: Use the contact widget on any ChatFly page (click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner)
When submitting a request, please include your name and the email address associated with your ChatFly account so we can verify your identity. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your verifiable request.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (such as a signed written permission or power of attorney). We may contact you directly to verify your identity before processing the request.
7. How to Opt Out of Marketing Emails
If you receive marketing or promotional emails from ChatFly, you can opt out at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email
- Emailing support@snapitsoftware.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe"
Please note that even after opting out of marketing emails, you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account (such as payment confirmations and security alerts).
